A simple guide to your first visit
Everything you need to know before your appointment so you can feel prepared and confident about what to expect.
Finding This Massage Place
Conveniently located just outside downtown Phoenixville.
This Massage Place is approximately 4 miles from downtown Phoenixville and just minutes from Valley Forge National Historical Park, with easy access from Valley Forge Road.
When you arrive, look for Building 2. Park in the upper parking lot and use the entrance on the side of the building. You will be on the second floor. I am through the fire doors, last door down the hall on the right. You will pass the public bathrooms before you get to my office. Please feel free to use them before/after your session.
First visit? Please allow a few extra minutes to locate the building and get settled.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A comfortable experience right from the beginning.
Once you have arrived, come in to the cozy lobby I have prepared for you. It’s ok to arrive a little early to hydrate, fill out your digital intake form, and relax until your appointment time.
A space to heal, relax, and rest.
The massage room is designed to be a safe, comfortable space where you can slow down and focus on yourself. From the calming atmosphere to the privacy of each session, every detail is intended to help you feel at ease. Whether you're here to address discomfort, improve movement, recover, or simply relax, this is a space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and give your body the time and attention it needs without guilt or shame.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
After your session, we’ll discuss how your body responded and what makes sense moving forward. There’s no one-size-fits-all schedule—your needs and response to treatment will help guide when to return. Some clients benefit from sessions every two to six weeks, with three to four weeks being a common interval for ongoing maintenance care.

FAQs
Do I have to completely undress?
No. While skin on skin contact is preferred for the best results for most of my techniques, you are not required to completely undress for any reason. You will be able to remain dressed to your comfortability level, and draped appropriately throughout your session.

Will I be charged if I change or cancel my appointment?
2
I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered when appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
No. This Massage Place does not accept insurance.
3
Do you take HSA/FSA payments?
4
Yes. This Massage Place has a registered NPI and eligible to take HSA/FSA payment cards. Please note that some insurances require prior authorization before payment can be accepted. Always check with your provider beforehand to avoid any potential reimbursement penalties.
The door to the building is locked, how do I get in?
5
The most common answer is that you parked in the lower lot and attempting to go through the door in the front of the building. You need to park in the upper lot and enter through the side door entrance on the second floor. You can drive/walk around the left side of the building to get to the upper lot without making a left back on to Davis Rd.
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one or two business days.

How can I contact you?
Do I need to be draped throughout the entire session?
7
Your comfort and privacy are always a priority. You will be appropriately draped throughout your session, with only the area being worked on uncovered as needed. Certain therapeutic techniques may require the draping to be adjusted or temporarily removed from a specific area to perform the technique effectively. This will always be discussed with you beforehand and done only with your consent and comfort in mind.
You are always welcome to ask for the draping to be adjusted or decline any technique at any time.
